What You'll Do

As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you'll be the captain of your own ship, guiding a talented team of up to 10 engineers. Your mission? To architect and build innovative solutions that will change the face of finance.

• Lead the Charge: Inspire and mentor your team, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure projects are delivered on time and with top-notch quality.
• Code with Confidence: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Vue.js, Rust, Postgres, and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate & Conquer: Work hand-in-hand with business analysts, project managers, and fellow engineers to translate business needs into elegant code.
• Innovate & Iterate: Research new technologies, troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems, and constantly seek ways to improve our products and services.

What We're Looking For

• Technical Guru: 5+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years of team leadership experience, and a solid understanding of software development principles. Experience with Vue.js, Rust, or Postgres is a major plus.
• Finance Whiz (Optional): While not required, knowledge of the financial domain is a huge asset in understanding our clients' needs.
• Excellent Communicator: Fluent English skills (both written and verbal) are essential for collaborating with a diverse team and staying on top of industry trends.
• Problem-Solving Pro: You thrive on challenges, think outside the box, and are always eager to learn and grow.
• Passionate Team Player: You're excited about fintech, love working with others, and are ready to make your mark on the industry.
